If you have recently accepted a C-Suite role, I'm excited to offer you a discovery consult - a one-time, initial meeting where we can chat about your needs and goals. Maybe you're looking for some guidance on how to you navigate the gender politics of stepping up. Or maybe you're not sure why or how women in leadership benefit from specialist advice. Think of this as an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit better. You'll get to learn more about my approach, experience, and expertise, and I'll get to learn more about you and your specific needs. By the end of the consult, we'll both have a pretty good idea of whether we're a good fit to work together. The discovery consult is usually done by phone, video call or in-person if possible and usually lasts around 60 minutes, so it's a quick and easy way for you to get a sense of what I can offer you as a consultant.
