About Libby Vincent
Just a small-town girl living in a lonely world (the Scottish highlands). I took the midnight train going anywhere. Anywhere happened to be Glasgow, where for nearly a decade, I ran some of the city's least successful bars and nightclubs.
I moved to London in 2013. Determined to make up for lost time, I started at Barclays as a Business Analyst in the COO team and later moved into eCommerce Tech. By 2019, I had the right mix of experience (too little) and ambition (too much) to take the lead on the Tech culture at Just Eat Takeaway - responsible for how an international team of thousands felt about their job.
One global pandemic, two CEOs and three multi-billion pound M&A deals later, I have an unenviable perspective on what it takes to survive and thrive in change. Putting that to good use, I now advise leaders on how to embrace change, scale strategically, and create a professional community where collaboration and innovation can thrive.
I live in South West London with my partner and dalmatian. My dog is called Riker because he's my number one.
